Lexus has released these two pictures of the LF-Gh concept due to be unveiled at the 2011 New York motor show.
And while they don’t give much away, the images do at least give us a glimpse of what to expect from the show car, which will preview the new hybrid-only GS executive saloon.
The front end of the LF-Gh – which stands for ‘Lexus Future G-Series hybrid’ – appears to feature a CT200h-inspired headlamp design with a separate LED strip underneath, while the grille includes a distinctive zig-zag pattern.. At the back, sharp-edged tail-lamps appear to confirm our previous assertion that the styling will be inspired by the LF-A supercar.
The new GS, scheduled to make its debut in 2012, will be larger and more luxurious than the current car, as well as using an extended version of the platform on which next year’s IS will be based. For more details click here.
